Worship

In order to provide an opportunity for a variety of worship expressions at various times, First Baptist offers three worship services in two distinct styles of worship every Sunday. Find the style and time that best fits your needs.

Chapel Worship, 8:45 a.m–9:30 a.m.

Bramblett Chapel

 

This worship service, led by our Senior Pastor Bill Hardee and Minister of Music Marty Watts, offers a time of reflection and challenge using piano and hymns.  No childcare is provided during this service.
 

Sanctuary

This time of worship utilizes a traditional worship framework. Organ, piano, choir, and orchestra are mainstays of this service. Both familiar and modern hymns are utilized. This service is televised on Sundays at 11:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. on Comcast channel 25. Communion is celebrated several times during the year at this service. Senior Pastor Bill Hardee is the primary preacher.

Connexion Worship, 11:00 a.m.–Noon
Family Life Building

This worship service is upbeat and contemporary, with a live band, interactive worship, contemporary lighting, casual dress, and relevant messages based on Scripture. Rev. Hambric Brooks, Associate Pastor, is the primary preacher.
